Great little Cafe! Very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. This was my first visit and I will definitely return! All of the staff were very friendly, tentative, expedient.I ordered the double bacon cheese burger with lettuce, onion, jalapeno and it was fantastic! Two inch thick patties! I got the fried pickles as a side and those were crisp and fantastic as well!

They are always so so nice, and there food is good.

Excellent food, friendly staff and great selection. Some of the best soul food around with large portions.

If you want the True Louisiana Creole Food; shidddd yal better go eat there, because the food is always on point. Down here we live to eat, not eat to live. Great food, and family vibes. Everyone is welcome.

The best comfort food I've had in a long time! I got the red beans, rice, chicken, mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. I'm glad my friend took me here on my last day in Louisiana. Thank you for the warm hospitality Veronica's Café.

Food is very good. Prices reasonable for all the food you get. Fun little place

The sides ran over so much so that the cheese sauces was running into the meatball stew and rice and into the black eye peas. It was all cheesy and extremely spicy.

The food is absolutely delicious! The service is A1 if you're ever in the area please check out this gem!

Ribs I'd hold off on but the brisket was great and a lot of it for the money. Rice dressing and cornbread dressings good. I think if you want BBQ you may want other options.

Excellent, more than you should eat in 1 sitting. Hubby said the red beans today had too much salt but man did they taste good. Good smoke flavor. The seven steak and gravy was fantastic. Tender steak, great flavor. School rolls are not the largest ones I have had (Jefferson island cafe) but the butter flavor was built in! You will want to buy a dozen to take home!Now...hands down I had the best spicy burger (Creole spicy cheese burger) I have ever had today plus top notch onion rings. Not just because of the ingredients. Because I am a spicy chick it had a fantastic flavor. What put it over the top was that it was cooked to order, to perfection. When you order a mixed meat burger, medium rare is not on the options list so to get it "just done" moist and delicious is an art. Veronica stepped out for me to tell her and I just had to let yall know. Go see her!

Plan to stand in line but well worth it. Real down home cooking w/ all the sides. No one leaves sad. We leave full, sassy and happy!

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I must say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot clean at all times. Rates are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

This place clearly knows how to take care of their clients. Always with a welcoming attitude. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and clean.

I love Veronica’s. Smothered okra and shrimp is my go to Friday comfort food.
